I recently wrote a small article for CMS Report about Moodle 1.9. One of the site’s contributors has let me know that there is a cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability that hackers have used on older builds of Moodle. According to The Register:

New Moodle releases: updates available for v1.9.2, 1.8.6, 1.7.5 and 1.6.7

Latest releases from Moodle – according to Martin Dougiamas they have packaged a new release for the current 1.9 version of Moodle, as well as new releases for older 1.8, 1.7 and 1.6 versions.
